NecrophyteI looked up \"I love you,\" which is \"mahal kita,\" and in Indonesian, the literal word-for-word translation is \"expensive (mahal) we (kita).\" I guess that sorta suggests the same sentiment. \"I love you\" is \"saya/aku (I) cinta (love) anda/kamu (you),\" BTW.

I was referring to our National lang. .. but i also know Visayan lang. *not all pipz in our country know this type of lang.* and in Visayan "kita" means also "we"...
In our Nat. lang., "I" would also translate to "ako" *w/ diff. spelling* and "saya" here means "happy" or could also refer to a "skirt"...
a "loved-one" is translated as "sinta" here.
"anda"... I think I heard from another city lang. .. but I dunno it's meaning..
In Visayan again, "kamu/kamo" also means "you" but it's plural form...
Our languages has a lot of similarities... XD
